CBD percentage, total cannabinoid percentage, trim quality, bud size, and harvest date drive cost. Flower at 15% CBD costs more per gram than flower at 8%. Indoor flower costs more than outdoor. Small buds and trim sell for less. Ask for the price per gram and the total cannabinoid number, then compare.
Pitfalls
- "CBD-rich" on the label with no percentage behind it.
- A COA for a different batch, strain, or harvest.
- No state license number and no business address on the site.
