Why cartridges clog
- Cool oil. THC oil thickens at room temperature. Carts above 70% THC clog more often than carts cut with terpenes.
- Flooded wick. Long draws at low voltage pull oil into the airway before it vaporizes.
- Residue at the tip. Reclaim, lint, and dust collect in the mouthpiece.
- Dirty threads. Oil on the 510 threads blocks current and cuts heat.

Step 1: Run the preheat cycle
- Press the button twice, or hold it, per the battery manual.

- Do not store a cart in a hot car or a cold pocket. Store it upright at room temperature.
When to replace the cart
Replace the cart if you taste burnt cotton, see oil under the base, see cracks in the glass, or see oil that turned dark brown. These signs mean damage to the wick or the housing. No fix restores a burnt coil. A cart that leaks from the base can short a battery, so remove it and wipe the battery before the next use.
